When traditional pure electric bending machines are upgraded to larger tonnage, there are problems with the screw rod transmission guidance. The force on the side plate throat causes deformation, which leads to a deviation in the force direction of the screw rod transmission, affecting the normal operation, processing accuracy and equipment stability of the bending machine. The Longbo R&D team innovatively introduced a new generation of large-tonnage pure electric servo numerical control bending machine equipped with an independent screw rod transmission guidance device, effectively avoiding the interference of the side plate throat deformation on the screw rod transmission, ensuring precise and stable transmission of the screw rod, and guaranteeing the bending accuracy. After more than one year of rigorous use and testing by customers at the site, the reliability and stability of this equipment have been fully verified, and the EPP series bending machines have achieved mass production. Recently, a pure electric numerical control bending machine was delivered to a customer in Dalian, Liaoning Province. This machine applies advanced independent screw rod transmission guidance technology, is equipped with a numerical control system, and is equipped with a dual-axis numerical control servo follow-up support device, safety light curtain and 6-axis rear stop device.
